Have been a member here for almost a year now and I really enjoy the F45 style of training. The coaches are all fantastic and provide a really friendly and welcoming atmosphere, as well as encouraging everyone to smash their goals ✨ 10/10 recommend this studio!
Since joining the studio I have gained so much! Love the trainers, as they are so supportive and make every session comfortable. Love the structure too because I am always learning new moves and am always kept on my toes as to what next session holds! Thanks! :)
