recently moved to Aventura from Miami Beach and was looking for a new gym, and I’m so glad I found F45 Training! They offered a two-week trial, and from the very first class I absolutely fell in love with the workouts. The energy, the coaches, and the community are all amazing. Every session is challenging, fun, and keeps me motivated. I’m so happy I joined this place has quickly become one of my favorite parts of my routine!

Great atmosphere, amazing coaches and community. As a mom it’s hard to find sometimes time for myself and this place just checked all the boxes, get my workout done in 45 minutes and that’s it!
