Had a great first workout at F45! The coaches were super welcoming, helpful, and motivating throughout the entire workout. Everyone was friendly, and the atmosphere made it easy to feel comfortable even being brand new. The workout was challenging but enjoyable. Definitely looking forward to taking another class!
Amazing vibe great coaches, Love the people the energy & the workouts. You never get bored!!!!! I highly recommend
