By far the best F45 location in south Florida!!
F45 Training Aventura is absolutely amazing! From the coaches and workouts to the positive, motivating atmosphere, everything about this gym is great. The workouts are challenging, fun, and the perfect way to start my mornings. One thing that really sets this F45 apart is the owner. She's incredibly hands-on—whether she's coaching, working out alongside members, or making sure everything runs smoothly. I love the trainers Dillon Gray and Bryan Dominguez; I just have a problem with May Costa. Ive never met someone so condescending and rude in my life. She yelled at me twice. I just want to make it k own that she had very unprofessional behavior and didn't realize I had a few challenges such as bad ankles and bad coordination. Never have I seen such lack of compassion in my life. She's in the wrong field.

F45 aventura was a home away from home. I’m so glad I found them during my recent trip. May and her team are amazing and the 8:30am crew is a blast! Thanks for welcoming me!
