I’ve been a member of F45 Eola since 2023, and I can honestly say joining has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health! I absolutely love being part of the F45 family. The community is so welcoming and supportive, and everyone makes you feel comfortable no matter your age or fitness level. F45 Eola is easily a 12/10 gym. Stephaney and the coaches are amazing - they pay attention, support you when you need it, and always offer options to modify based on your ability. Great space, great music, and workouts that don't get repetitive. The community is welcoming and motivating! You feel challenged but supported every time you walk in. Highly recommend!!
I love this gym! I’ve been a member since 2023 and I love being apart of the F45 family. The coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging and the other members make each work out so fun! The gym clean and has all the equipment necessary for the workouts. I would recommended to anyone at any age and any level, and it’s only 45mins!!!
Joining F45 Eola has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. Stephany, the owner, is wonderful! The trainers here are personable and truly care about your progress. They take the time to understand your individual goals and help you push toward them in a supportive way. Since starting, I’ve lost 30 pounds and I feel stronger than ever.
