I love this gym! I’ve been a member since 2023 and I love being apart of the F45 family. The coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging and the other members make each work out so fun! The gym clean and has all the equipment necessary for the workouts. I would recommended to anyone at any age and any level, and it’s only 45mins!!!
Joining F45 Eola has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. Stephany, the owner, is wonderful! The trainers here are personable and truly care about your progress. They take the time to understand your individual goals and help you push toward them in a supportive way. Since starting, I’ve lost 30 pounds and I feel stronger than ever. I have been an F45 member for years, love the community, the friendly trainers, and how you can walk in, focus for 45 minutes, and walk out feeling like you got an amazing full-body workout I have heard people say it’s costly, but the care, coaching, and quality you get here are worth every bit of it. Sure, there are $20 gyms, but do you really have the time to design your own workouts that hit every muscle group?
