I absolutely love this F45! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and it has such an inclusive atmosphere. The coaches are encouraging and make every session enjoyable, while still making sure you get a really good workout. I always leave feeling like I’ve worked hard but had fun doing it. Such a great community and I’m really glad I joined.

Joining this studio has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, the team makes you feel comfortable from day one and always encourages you to push your limits! The workouts are well structured and never boring, the community is incredibly supportive too couldn’t recommend enough 🫶
Fantastic group fitness gym, the staff are very professional when it comes to exercise knowledge and presentation. The TV screens are great for flow when working out, and the atmosphere is brilliant.
