I love how the workouts are so varied each day and week! It really keeps my whole body in top shape and injury-free. Plus, their online support has been super helpful and always gets back to me quickly with any questions I have. I recommend them highly!
This is a great gym! The trainers are very friendly but also push me to do my best. I started going to F45 to avoid sports injuries and it's been a massive help.
Their trial period is a scam. They steal your money. I paid for a trial week in advance on their website. Upon arrival they asked to pay more (as if I take individual classes, which is way more expensive). I refused to pay more and asked for refund. No refund so far.
