Their trial period is a scam. They steal your money. I paid for a trial week in advance on their website. Upon arrival they asked to pay more (as if I take individual classes, which is way more expensive). I refused to pay more and asked for refund. No refund so far.

Workout is good but the instructors don’t seem to be focused on form correction/monitoring, especially with complex lifts like a clean into a thruster which they couldn’t demo correctly.
The trainers kept everyone motivated and kept their eye on the room. They held great conversations so it was not just a workout but an experience.
