I’m hooked on F45. After just two classes, I already felt stronger. Coming from ROTC in college, I was wanted tough strength and cardio workouts—and this totally hit the mark. But honestly, it’s the people who make it awesome. The coaches have no judgment, just straight-up support and motivation every time. The energy there is all good vibes.

Love some of the workouts and coaches but the system sucks. They charge you for a missed class and the cancelation period to avoid charges of 15 bucks, is three hours… so if you’re planning on doing a 7am class, you have to set an alarm at 4am if you want to cancel. That’s all on top of a nearly 200 dollar a month fee. If they change the system to one hour cancelations, most of my gripes would be fixed.
