I love going to F45 Amherst! The workouts are a great mix, and I like that going throughout the week means I hit on all major muscle groups without the effort of planning workouts. Jen and her team are all so kind, friendly, and helpful during workouts. I appreciate the bubbly attitudes, clean studio, member events/activities, and personal atmosphere. I don’t live close to the studio, but I make the drive every morning because I love it that much!

I have been with F45 for several years and visited multiple locations out of state. I wish I could have offered a better review but was disappointed when my passport didn't work because it was a special hyrox workout. I understand now that is a corporate policy but the trainer graciously allowed me to participate in the class. It wasn't until AFTER the class that they shared that my visit was considered a drop in and that the charge is $28. Fantastic training, especially considerate to my capabilities. The staff adjusted my work out. Staff super friendly and motivating. Other clients were also helpful and very nice. Super clean area. Highly recommend
