Went through the challenge at this location~ Loved the experience here! Trainers like Essie, Tasha and many others made the experience incredibly enjoyable and the group environment builds camaraderie with the other participants
It is a good workout but the majority of people running the classes give very little effort. They do not have a fitness background so you regularly see people with bad form that are going to get hurt. One instructor said he wanted to see me max out my deadlift without any warmup, which is not what you should do, and also not what I am looking for out of working out but they don’t care.
