I joined F45 Allston in 2022 and its never been so easy to stay consistent and motivated because the structure and routine of F45 is amazing. Specifically to F45 Allston, the coaches are amazing and really care! Can’t recommend enough!
I have been a part of this studio for just a year and during that time I have made friends, felt like I am part of a community. This was the best self care decision I could have made.

This studio and the coaches are amazing! As someone who was new to lifting and hybrid style workouts, the coaches have been extremely attentive and accommodating. If you voice that you need help or more care, coaches will follow you throughout the workout and make sure you are lifting safely and exercising with proper form. Love it here!
