I just wrapped up my first 10 days at F45 Training Aliana and I’m honestly so impressed. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and everyone from the coaches to the members makes you feel comfortable right away. The workouts are fast-paced and efficient, which I love. F45 Aliana is an exceptional training facility. The workouts are well-structured and thoughtfully programmed, and the coaches create a supportive and welcoming environment. The sense of community truly sets this location apart and makes it an enjoyable place to train.
I absolutely love working out at F45 Aliana! The workouts are always challenging, fun, and never boring. Every class pushes me in the best way possible. The coaches are incredibly supportive and really take the time to correct your form. It’s such a hype environment that keeps you going even when you’re tired. Coach David is AMAZING! He brings great energy, is very knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping everyone improve.
I’ve never been to a gym before, and joining this one has truly opened my eyes to what I’ve been missing. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported. The atmosphere is motivating, the equipment is clean and well-maintained, and the staff are knowledgeable and encouraging.
