I am truly enjoying my new membership with F45. I had been looking at it to join for over 6 months and following their Instagram before I finally pulled the trigger in the beginning of May. So far I have had David, OJ, Marcus, and PJ as my coaches. Everyone has been super helpful with correcting form on new exercises and really genuinely encouraging and positive. I've been to a few different f45 locations and this one is really special because the instructors get to know your needs and are there to help with your form in a way that doesn't feel intimating. Great community of people!
