Such a brilliant place to work out. We love the sessions and the coaches are super helpful and encouraging. Workouts are fast paced and fun, the individual exercises are challenging but not impossible and can be scaled to suit any ability. Sequences change every day with a good mix of cardio, resistance and endurance activities. Thanks Fin, Damien and Andy!
I've only been doing F45 for a couple of weeks now but love it! It's an awesome workout, the staff are super lovely and encouraging, and there's good quality equipment. I like how every session is different - keeps me on my toes!
An amazing studio to train at! Coaches are all super friendly and helpful with form/encouragement, plus there is great community spirit. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back here if we visit Sydney again!
