Joining F45 AC was one of the best decisions ever made. I’ve built strength, flexibility and overall fitness with the bonus of doing it alongside friends who make it fun. As one of the ‘seniors’ in the room I always feel well supported by the coaches to work within my capabilities. The little push to try and reach a goal is great incentive to keep aiming higher. I feel the benefits of this in my every day life.
Continues to motivate me to turn up each week. The friends I have made at the gym with other members and the trainers are invaluable :)
Programs that have stood the test of time, led by both their great owner Arezo and head coach Em with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach. Not to mention the odd spicy HYROX-inspired session. The rest of the coaching team practice what they preach, with a strong love for the fitness community, and are always stepping in to help with that extra rep, regressions, or progressions when the program isn’t perfectly suited to your abilities. And yes, this gym has some big-ass fans and fantastic air-con.
Love this community!!! The environment is super supportive, the coaches are amazing and super helpful when it comes to correct technique etc. I have been a member for a few years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else, love going everyday 💪🏻❤️
I’ve been to F45 Albany Creek a handful of times when I’ve been in Brisbane visiting family. The team are lovely, friendly and the studio is clean with equipment in great condition. On my most recent visit I am in a moon boot as my foot is in the final stages of healing from a fracture, and the staff gave me great modifications to suit my current abilities (can’t put weight on my left toes). I’ve had the opportunity to go to a fair few F45s and this is one of the better ones. Incredible gym - highly recommend it.
