F45 is a great workout studio that will challenge you to push your limits. The coaches are energetic and truly are there to help motivate/train you. Fernando, Sydney, and Will make the classes fun because they’ll take the extra step to challenge you to be better. I love that the workouts are never the same and love that they all incorporate cardio and weight lifting. The F45 Alamitos Bay training facility is outstanding! I love that the coaches actively coach us in every session, always encouraging or offering tips to improve our form to minimize injury and maximize performance. The coaches are eager to help all the time, including finding alternative ways to perform a particular exercise if one is limited in some way.
