Really good place to get a workout. You’re in and out in about 50 minutes total. Great coaches, diverse workouts, not too expensive.
F45 Alamitos Bay has been the perfect fit for me. The workouts are very challenging while there’s options to modify as needed. The coaches are amazing! All of them are good at providing correction and guidance, in a supportive way. That is what keeps me coming back!
I had been a decade + member of another fitness studio in the same plaza so when I saw F45 was coming, I was intrigued--changes at the studio I was with eliminated strength and cardio classes I enjoyed. I talked to the owner Suzy many times pre-opening and she was so friendly and knowledgeable. F45 is a great workout studio that will challenge you to push your limits. The coaches are energetic and truly are there to help motivate/train you. Fernando, Sydney, and Will make the classes fun because they’ll take the extra step to challenge you to be better. I love that the workouts are never the same and love that they all incorporate cardio and weight lifting.
