The concept is simple: our studios all over the world offer a 45 minute High-Intensity, Circuit Training workout class for our studio members. We have developed 27 different 45 minute workouts, with more currently in development. Our studios offer the same class at different times throughout the day. Every day throughout the week offers a different 45 minute workout. F45 Ajax has completely changed how I feel about fitness. I’ve never been super active, but now I feel strong and actually look forward to working out. The structure makes it so easy—just show up and follow along—and the coaches genuinely care. They push you, check your form, and make sure you’re getting better every week. The energy is always fun, upbeat, and supportive. Couldn’t recommend it more!
I’ve been looking for a new gym since I moved back to Durham and I found the one! With great class times and the type of circuit training I love, nothing could stop me from joining. With lots of free parking, this clean facility has a large variety of equipment, large screens and enthusiastic coaches. So glad I joined!

What really stood out to me was how the trainers took the time to provide individual attention and support throughout each session. F45 Ajax is a community that I don’t regret joining. The coaches and the members are all so friendly, welcoming and engaging! Every class at F45 has me feeling energized, pumped and ready for the next class. Coach Beast welcomed me into F45 and it was the best decision ever. Thank you F45 for being an amazing community!
F45 Ajax is very community oriented and is a great place to get into exercising. The coaches are super friendly and provide great advice that it keeps me motivated to attend the gym 5 times a week! I would highly recommend the gym if you enjoy a social environment, and you will never be bored with the variety of workout programming!
