I have just joined F45 Community in Ajax, my decision of joining the club was based on the modification to my exercising because of my injury not allowing me to perform. Most of all the staffs encouragement and humble attitude making me feel welcomed. Also the other members welcomed me into the community! I look forward to this new life change with my new friends and community! Thank- you, F45 in Ajax.

F45 Ajax has completely changed how I feel about fitness. I’ve never been super active, but now I feel strong and actually look forward to working out. The structure makes it so easy—just show up and follow along—and the coaches genuinely care. They push you, check your form, and make sure you’re getting better every week. The energy is always fun, upbeat, and supportive. Couldn’t recommend it more!
I’ve been looking for a new gym since I moved back to Durham and I found the one! With great class times and the type of circuit training I love, nothing could stop me from joining. With lots of free parking, this clean facility has a large variety of equipment, large screens and enthusiastic coaches. So glad I joined!

What really stood out to me was how the trainers took the time to provide individual attention and support throughout each session.
