The concept is simple: our studios all over the world offer a 45 minute High-Intensity, Circuit Training workout class for our studio members. We have developed 27 different 45 minute workouts, with more currently in development. Our studios offer the same class at different times throughout the day. Every day throughout the week offers a different 45 minute workout. F45 Ajax is very community oriented and is a great place to get into exercising. The coaches are super friendly and provide great advice that it keeps me motivated to attend the gym 5 times a week! I would highly recommend the gym if you enjoy a social environment, and you will never be bored with the variety of workout programming!
After a year off from working out, getting back into the groove was easier than I expected. The gym community is electric—super motivating and supportive. Every workout leaves me feeling happy, energized, and proud to be back.
