A very inclusive space - great for beginners who are looking for guidance, and also for the more experienced who are after a real intense workout. Such a welcoming environment with friendly staff that are keen to give you advice and motivate you. I love the sessions and the atmosphere, I couldn’t recommend it more! Shoutout to Mon for the great energy and making every class a work out
New, clean, kind and awesome like other F45 gyms. I love that you know what you are getting when traveling. This one offers open gym to come in and use the machines for $10 Monday-Friday between 10 and 2. It’s a great deal if you just want to lift weights since there aren’t many gym options in Airlie. They also have Normatec compression boots to hire for $15. It’s a great place!
