F45 Carlo has been such a huge part of my fitness journey. After 1.5 years, I’m walking away fitter, healthier, and super grateful. The workouts were always on point—fun, challenging, and really well planned thanks to the awesome coaches, Hope and Greg. My partner and I joined F45 Carlingford looking for a good training option that would keep us moving while motivating us. We got so much more than we expected from the whole team! Great coaching, an awesome studio with new equipment and good programming options. The whole experience was incredibly professional and easy to adapt to our fitness levels. Good studio and friendly people. The only downside is that there is no air conditioning. Perhaps could invest in a couple of portable air cons and putting blinds on the windows so it’s not like a green house during the summer.
