The best fitness sessions in Sydney ! I joined in 2024 staring at several health challenges. Started with 7 free classes with a mate. The staff are excellent . They support you in each session, really put in the effort to know and understand you personally. Thanks to Annabelle, Susan, Geoff, Tass and Hugh for pushing us all to stay consistent. The trainers make sure we get through each class and the people make it a fun experience. The studio is well equipped with all the modern gear - plenty of weights and machines to make... read more
