The best fitness sessions in Sydney ! I joined in 2024 staring at several health challenges. Started with 7 free classes with a mate. The staff are excellent . They support you in each session, really put in the effort to know and understand you personally. Thanks to Annabelle, Susan, Geoff, Tass and Hugh for pushing us all to stay consistent.
