Absolutely the best I'm a law student at UIC and my schedule is very busy. I tried going to workouts but I never enjoyed going to the gym until F45. The trainers are awesome. Shout out to Jocelyn, Sandro and Sanjay who I had a pleasure to meet so far. My favorite day is Wednesday since it's cardio day and that's my favorite type of workout, but they have a lot of different types of workouts. If you haven't checked them out yet, I would highly recommend it.
Love it here! The trainers are absolutely awesome, hands-on and knowledgeable, and the classes have enough of a mix to work out all of your muscles. I stopped my gym membership three years ago because of this place and is worth every penny. I highly recommend this location!
Visited the gym while on vacation from my gym at home. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. The gym is huge with plenty of room to work out during the classes. Coaches take the time to show you the excercises and encourage you. Highly recommend!
I truly enjoyed working out at F45! There is a supportive environment for every fitness level! It had been a while since I had actively worked out after pregnancy and had a lot of strength to build back. All of the coaches are warm and encouraging! The only thing that could have made it better would have been an earlier weekend class. At times it was challenging for me to get there at either 8am or 9am with all of the other planned activities.
From the second you walk in, the energy is next level — think loud music, smiling faces, and enthusiastic coaches. The workouts are different every day (strength and cardio) and they're structured so you don’t have to think about anything except showing up and working out.
