love the studio and all the trainers, They really push you to do better.
I love my F45 classes. The regular gym was always way too crowded and would result in taking me twice the time to complete my workout. F45 allows me to get in and out with a fabulous workout in 45 minutes. No thinking or planning required. The coaches at this location are the best. So friendly, welcoming, and encouraging. Nobody feels like an outsider. I highly recommend!
F45 Skokie is a great and inclusive environment with great trainers and it feels like being part of a team/family
