My husband and I love it here at this location, easy to get to and plenty of parking. The trainers are all so nice! The best workouts for us are with Chris, Izzy and Brad because they are always making sure we have great form and Chris makes sure we choose the most challenging weight which we appreciate! But overall everyone here is nice and great to show up and workout with!
One month in, and F45 has been a game-changer! If you're on the fence, don’t wait—just go for it. I’ve worked out six days a week for years, mixing weights and cardio, but I joined F45 to shake things up. Now, I go twice a week alongside my regular routine, and I've gotten noticeably stronger and fitter. Even my running has improved—after just three classes, I shaved 20 seconds per mile off my 5-mile runs. Highly recommend!

F45 Siesta Key is of the most well maintained and cleanest gyms of its kind in Sarasota. The coaches are top notch, friendly, outgoing and make the classes incredibly enjoyable. The workouts are challenging and easy to follow. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
I came in for a class while on vacation & felt so welcomed by Coach Ken! The workout was great and gave me a sense of normalcy & routine while on vacation. The F45 in Siesta Key is top notch and I’ll definitely be back!
