F45 Glenhaven is an amazing gym! The space is always super clean, and the trainers create a really positive and motivating environment. It's a very welcoming place, whether you're a beginner or experienced. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to get fit in a fun and supportive atmosphere!!
Absolutely love the team, the coach and everyone who trains there. It's a great place to train, people are focussed on fitness goals and the coaches out there - Seb, Haydos, Naan and Andrew are fantastic.
