I’ve been with f45 Glenhaven for 1.5 years and it is literally the best!! The coaches are phenomenal - so kind and positive, they uphold such a friendly environment and I truly enjoy attending. I have used f45 to build strength, agility and in general for my weight loss journey - it has done wonders. I cannot recommend F45 Glenhaven enough!!

It's around a month I'm using F45 Glenheven and I found Glen friendly, professional and dedicated. The apace is a bit tighter than my previous F45 center, but it is well managed to do the excersices. Thanks Glen!

This is a great workout and great location with a cafe just a few doors away! We felt incredibly welcome when visiting in the neighbourhood for a few weeks. If you want to get stronger and fitter, this is the right place to come! We were already regular gym goers but found that these workouts challenged us to reach that next level. Thanks so much to Glenn for being a fantastic trainer!

F45 Glenhaven is an amazing gym! The space is always super clean, and the trainers create a really positive and motivating environment. It's a very welcoming place, whether you're a beginner or experienced. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to get fit in a fun and supportive atmosphere!!
