This is a very well-equipped gym. Every 45-minute session feels truly fulfilling, and the intensity can be adjusted to suit each person's needs. I will definitely keep working out here and would highly recommend it to everyone.
F45 Training Grey Lynn were incredibly generous in supporting our Ponsonby United Rugby League Juniors WE THE CITY Junior Quiz Night fundraiser by donating a 10 x concession pass. A huge thank you to Dori and the F45 Grey Lynn team for getting behind our junior club and supporting our tamariki and whānau. We really appreciate your generosity and willingness to contribute to our fundraiser. It means so much to have local businesses supporting our community and helping us continue to create opportunities for our young people. ... read more
I’ve been enjoying my sessions and the trainers are helpful and friendly. It’s a great vibe and I always feel stronger after my workouts.
Great vibe, super friendly and supportive trainers with a variety of classes. Highly recommended.
Just completed my 10th class at F45 Grey Lynn and I’m really enjoying it so far. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference when you’re showing up regularly. The gym is always clean and well maintained, and the changing rooms for both men and women are spacious. Overall, a great place to train!
