As one of the previous owners of F45 Grey Lynn, returning as a member after some time away has been an awesome experience. After a lengthy spell away from Functional training, F45 Grey Lynn was the perfect choice of studios to get back amongst it. Owners, trainers and members have all been extremely welcoming and the current 8 week challenge has been a great vibe since starting. 5 stars all day.
