If you want to get in shape and fit F45 edgeworth is the place to do it all the coaches are really supportive and helpful with achieving your goals. All the people are really friendly and welcoming it's all round a great place to workout !💪
F45 Edgeworth has successfully leveraged all that the F45 model has to offer in order to overcome the obstacles faced at “regular” gyms. They provide the exercises, the instructions and the techniques. There is not any need to think, plan or stress, all you need to do is show up. Rach and the team have also gone beyond the fundamentals of F45 to create a supportive, non-threatening and even enjoyable community.
