The owner only likes the women that come in tight clothes. Would not help me.. when I asked for help. Lol this place is a joke.
F3 is great at what they do. I recommend their programs to anyone wanting to improve their fitness.
I love F3! Eric is great at accountability and keep’s strength training and cardio fun and challenging! Also, it has the best group of members too!
