Dan is an awesome personal trainer. I've been doing small group sessions with my friends at F3 for over two years now and Dan still manages to keep things fresh. He always finds a way to make workouts mentally and physically engaging - keeping you focused, updating goals week over week to give you something to work for.
F3 is an absolute blast! Workouts are challenging, but fun, and you'll never do the same workout twice. If you feel like you're not getting enough monkey bars in your life, or if the idea of bouncing a heavy ball into a basketball hoop sounds like a good time, this is the place for you!
