Joining this group has been the best thing I've ever done for my fitness and to build new and existing friendships. If you haven't heard of F3 before look them up. If you have and have been a little nervous about being in shape enough to attend don't worry. They meet you where you are and encourage you all along the way. Link up with a friend the first time if needed if you don't want to come alone. Break through your excuses.
No need to try to “get in shape” before coming out. F3 is for ALL men no matter your age or fitness level. They have a saying, “Leave no man behind, but leave no man where you found him.” The men of F3 are all encouraging. You won’t just improve physically either. F3 is a great fitness group that offers so much more than just free workouts! The community of men that attend have helped me grow in mental, physical and spiritual health. They have come along side me and helped me achieve long term fitness goals such as running a half marathon and doing a obstacle course race! Can’t recommend F3 Florence highly enough!
