I've been a member of F3 Fitness for over six years now (even participating remotely during Covid) and I absolutely love it. The workouts are constantly changing, but are always well thought out and effective. Mike is extremely helpful with modifications, often having to pivot for various circumstances, and always pays attention to form, with instructions and changes in execution to help avoid injury. Hands down best gym in the city! The gym is always spotless, they are constantly sending out surveys on what we’d like to see. Lots of amenities and can’t beat the price. Highly recommend!
