I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service. I called the shop and asked if they replace electric bike tires. They said yes so I went and dropped it off. The gentlemen saw the shredded tire and said the tech would get to it. I called the next day to get an update and was told the service tech would be in later and would call me. These guys are great, they are very knowledgeable about all things bikes and prices are very affordable. Brought them a somewhat challenging project and they got it done in a timely manner and at a great price. Highly recommend!
I Took my bike to see what was going on with the back tire unbalanced, and Daniel fixed it for me in less than 5 min . Very nice staff and I highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a place to buy or get your bike fixed!

A lot of their knowledge in bike parts and such is incorrect and multiple times they've told me over the phone they have parts which they don't, so I waste time coming in to be disappointed.
