This is a step above fitness training: Lisette is so knowledgeable about how the body responds and customizes a program for exactly what I need, and modifies as needed. I also travel a lot and we do excellent virtual workouts… no matter what size hotel room or space I’m in! I’ve worked with trainers over 10+ years and Lisette is BY FAR the best!

I highly recommend Lisette for thoughtful, personalized training. I’ve been working with her for 2 years. In addition to overall strength training, she has helped me correct imbalances in muscle strength and flexibility. And, it is fun!
