In and out 15 mins if no one ahead of you...walked in.
Very bad experience. Playing games. On the phone asked me to come and get lowest price. When arrived 10 minutes later, casually stated you are late, come tomorrow. No eye contact, no courtesy, no regard for others time.
Yes they're fast but smog check only takes about 15-20 mins... no matter where you go. I was overcharge for the RV rate due to having my high roof cargo van retitled after converting the interior. This does not change the engine, emissions, or how the smog check is performed. It is basically still just a van. Aside from the unnecessary overcharge, the prices here are much higher than many other places in the neighborhood.
This place has unbelievably high pricing. If you don't know any better, they'll charge you at least $100. I walked in with a $30 off coupon which brought it down to $70, which is still outrageous. I negotiated it down to $55, but that's still $15 higher than a place I decided to leave for 15 minutes down the road.
