I’ve been going here for years. Before it was even “Smog Queen”. Recently been taking my three vehicles there. The shop next door is my mechanic. Recently they hired a new tech that has been telling me I need to make an appointment. So I called during the week and was told they never set appointments and “It’s first come first serve”.
