None of the floor Matts were cut correctly and they wanted me to pay shipping and 25% restocking fee to return the items . So a $560 order would have cost me $140 restock fee and $60 to ship and complete the return.

BEWARE! When I first ordered they expected the mats to be sent out within two weeks. When I followed up after that, I was told they were still searching for the dimensions of my vehicle which is concerning considering their expertise. I waited three months with several vague “we’re working on it emails” and then finally decided to cancel my order and have them issue a refund. Saw these advertised on line, as it was "Valentines Week" the company were offering a free boot mat with my order. I paid and they were delivered a few weeks later. Once fitted they looked superb. I can only give full praise to F1 Mats for their swift delivery, superb customer service, the top quality materials and manufacture, see the look of my new mats.
