Service was phenomenal before I stepped foot to the establishment. They communicated with me from start to finish. To my surprise, my engine looked better than it did prior to me dropping it off. I have a 2013 and my engine has the appearance of a 2026...no kidding. The atmosphere and staff alleviated all of my stress. After car damage from not just one, but two accidents that happened to me, I was so grateful to this repair center. Not only did I get the accident damage fixed nicely, but also some other work I needed repaired at a great price! Half of what the Lexus dealership wanted to charge me! Understanding, cost efficient, kind & helpful is an understatement. I will definitely return for future needs.
