We recently purchased a condo in the Lakeshore Commons development. We love the location and our neighbors are great. I can’t say the same for the construction. Our inspector noticed that the floor in the area outside the main bedroom has a one inch slope(see photos). F Street refused to do anything about it. They said it was cosmetic not structural.
