Have been with F street for a year in the private debt fund, so far has been a good experience with timely payments of interest every month. Certainly hope it continues that way...
So far so good! I am only been invested in the Hard Money Lending Fund and its only been about 3 months. But they have done what they have said so far and each month (early) I get an email saying that the interest has compounded and is updated. I can't speak for long term, but encouraging for sure. Also everyone I have delt with at FStreet has been top notch.
