We recently purchased a condo in the Lakeshore Commons development. We love the location and our neighbors are great. I can’t say the same for the construction. Our inspector noticed that the floor in the area outside the main bedroom has a one inch slope(see photos). F Street refused to do anything about it. I'm invested in f-streets debt relief fund. I choose to compound my payments which should earn me an extra 1% a year. Nevertheless if you choose to collect your interest monthly it'll be there every first like clockwork. You gotta get Mitch to take you to Carson's for lunch to truely realize the fuel experience. Lol
