We recently purchased a condo in the Lakeshore Commons development. We love the location and our neighbors are great. I can’t say the same for the construction. Our inspector noticed that the floor in the area outside the main bedroom has a one inch slope(see photos). F Street refused to do anything about it. I have been following the F Street crew (Scott, Josh, and Mitch) for several years. I finally made the jump and invested with F Street earlier this year, and it has been great. They share great perspectives on how and why they are making investments, and their due diligence makes my due diligence that much easier.
