He got paid quite a lot for our case that didn't see a court room. We had to come in for appointments sometimes for 3 hours and sit while he made a phone call. If he couldn't get a hold of the other party we had to sit there and wait. At $200 an hour that's a pretty expensive phone call that he may have or not got a hold of someone.
