Awful roadside service
The absolute worst experience I have had with a tow service in over 30 years of driving. I had a tire blow out on the highway and requested roadside assistance through my insurance company. They dispatched F & S service center at 1000AM and estimated 70-90 minutes to get there. At the ETA they called and pushed it 1 hour. This happened 3 times.
