Lincoln's "review" has this incident (I-85 and Collinsworth Rd) completely backwards. He was in a lane that was ending, not a merge lane, with multiple signs pointing this out for over 100' (see pic below). I was in a line of heavy traffic continuing straight in the lane that doesn't end, following behind the other cars in front of me. I can't speak about doing business with this company. But based on my experiance with one of their drivers I never would. I was in a merge lame with my blinker on. Their driver sped up and blocked me from merging, which caused me to slam on my breaks and then almost caused the vehicle behind me to rear end me. Then the driver proceeded to shoot me the bird for the next mile.
