This company does not have any idea what Customer Service is. They do NOT answer phones (6 messages) and never return an email. San Diego store told me they do NOT help customers and would have to go to LA. Sorry there is nothing lower than 1 star

Where do I begin. Called a billion times...no help, spoke to someone there...no help, had someone come out and tell me they would give me a quote...never happened, i followed up a billion times...no help, spoke with another person (no help) that admitted the person I had spoken with was hard to get a hold of.
