Excellent Job
When supporting black businesses go wrong. I asked Randy to let me know what the main issue was for the car and the parts to get. He went ahead and got the parts without telling me. When asked how much he started quoting random numbers at a ridiculously high price. Mind you all this while he wasn’t even at the shop he was on the phone telling me all this mess. The owner of this shop, Miles, is a shady business owner. He'll give you a quote prior to taking your car to the shop, then conveniently change his prices on the bill after the work is done, AND lie about it. Pay close attention to his prices before & after work is done. He doesn't respond to requests, you have to reach out to him three, four times before he responds, he's too cheap to hire a receptionist.
