Steve was great! He was able to start working on my emergency repair the same day and his prices were reasonable and fair. He’s a very honest guy; when I asked him how much it would cost to do another service he said he could try if I really wanted but he recommended a neighboring mechanic instead with more experience. You can trust he won’t try to take advantage of you just because you’re unfamiliar with cars and he (unprompted) provided photos along the way to help me understand what he was doing and why. Unprofessional staff I called to get appointment and they dont want to gove you date. Asking you to wait 3 weeks just for estimate. I asked them for alternative option then he hung up the phone. Pathetic.
