Absolutely terrible experience and sloppy, outdated work. We ordered a new appraisal for a residential property as requested by our lender. We reached out to FR Jordan&Associates since they were recommended by our lender. The inspection of the house done in 10minutes. It took them 2weeks to complete the appraisal, only sending it to us after messaging them again.
