A literal LIFE SAVER!!!!! I found Dr. Nicholson after a nightmare experience with Athens Area Urology which led me to an emergency room visit with Dr. Nicholson as the on-call urologist. I immediately switched over to his clinic and he has since performed two surgeries on my kidney stones fixing what the other clinic messed up. I would highly highly highly recommend him!!!!

Very personable. Dr. Nicholson helped my husband on a Saturday morning by calling us back quickly and taking care of his problem. Also called us back on Monday morning to check on my husband. Would highly recommend.
Nice clean facility. Staff were polite and helpful. My PCP referred me to Dr. Nicholson and I’m very pleased with this doctor. I highly recommend Georgia Urology and Dr. Nicholson.
This doctor should have retired years ago. Does not care about helping you. If he can figure out what's wrong with you after 1 visit and 1 test he wants you to find a second opinion. Would never go there again. I'm also in the medical field and will make sure I tell my patients about my experience so they don't waste there time
