I've been in this funny little thing we the 'musical instrument retail' industry for thirty years, however in comparison with The Payton's that's a drop in the bucket and there's a reason for this, Paul, Ben and Liam fall over themselves to help me every time I need something, no matter how small and/or insignificant it is, in the impersonal world of the internet it's heart warming to know there's an enthusiastic voice at the end of the phone that really cares, thanks folks
