Replaced my perfect condition sidewalk without my acknowledgment or permission, guy came blasting a radio on my property while I was working at 8 am, saw cutting my drive and walk, never came to correct my lawn they destroyed so no there is negative grading, I had to pay 1800, meanwhile neighbors sidewalks in ruins the didn’t touch
