Poor service and the mechanic has not enough experience!!
Awesome experience. We actually bought a gold cart from them. So friendly and nice to deal with. Highly recommend.
I was very Interested in a Toyota Highlander vehicle for our family. had about 15k for a down Since we are only in our late twenty’s they never took us seriously. Asked them for crash and maintenance reports, she said they would send it via email. Never did until I called them a few times. Had to chase after them for everything, which should be the other way around while selling vehicles. Went to another dealer to purchase a car. Overall. Not professional and won’t take younger people seriously.
It pains me to write this because the staff are pleasant however customers should know how untrustworthy F. McClure & Sons have become. Visited in several occasions for the same issue. Paid every time. Kept having to go back and back. A month or so after I get an invoice for repaid that were supposedly diagnosed though never fixed despite paying continuously.
