Absolute dumpster fire of a healthcare provider. My wife and I came in for x-rays. First, the woman at the check-in counter failed to put my wife in the queue so that imaging staff knew we were waiting. We sat in an empty waiting room for an hour before someone finally asked us if we'd been helped, at which point they immediately discovered their mistake and got us taken care of. Never open! Ever
The dark haired, heavy set woman covering the check-in for imaging is the worst at customer service I've ever experienced. She was so busy gossiping that it took her 5 minutes to ask me if I needed help. After that she acted as if checking me in was an inconvenience. She's been there for a few years and hasn't gotten any better at working with people. She needs a position that requires her to move around and not deal with the public. There's an issue every time I go there and she checks us in. SMH...just because someone show... read more
