Took time off work to come specifically to this location, based on this sign. Showed up at 8:30. No one here. Waited until 9 am. No one here. Extremely frustrating.
Be open when you say you are. Showed up an HOUR before posted to be closed and no one was there.
These women are absolutely wonderful! They always remember who I am, and are extraordinarily kind and friendly. More than that though, they care, and they bend over backwards to do whatever it takes to show you that they do care. If you are living on the Chambers Pointe Campus, I highly recommend moving your accounts to F&M Trust.
