The worst bank I have ever had to work with. Sheila, the manager and I don’t know how she got this position and who is still allowing this. Opened my account and I tried to report Fraud that happened on my account and they were no where near helping. I advice to try to bank here especially for a business accounts. Security guy which he says goes by Wills, does not know what he’s doing and will end up telling you we’re shutting your account and opening a new one because he can ? Would give -5 stars if I could. Why would you ever use a smaller bank when bigger bank chains actually have benefits that come with their accounts? This bank will will charge random hidden account fees every month that will automatically come out of your account but never on the same day. They offer zero overdraft protection and will never cut you a break. If you want a real bank that’s worth while use Wells Fargo.
