This is truly an awesome company. I have used them for multiple properties to handle everything from a main water line leak, garbage disposal change-out, sewer line repair, basic snake and shut-off valves. Mike is the owner and he really honestly cares about doing a great job and his prices are Excellent. His crew is professional and they always get on the job immediately. He has a management team that coordinates the tasks and I think that must be why they are so great. Very happy!
Backed up laundry drain, cleared in same morning...great price...I will use this company again....2nd visit...Weekend cost 50% more $125, overtime charge, even thou the on site plumber quoted me the $79.50 amt. I called the office after receiving the higher bill. Still had to pay the higher chg...Don't call this company on the weekend...I received a call back saying an error in pricing and an apology. They tore up my check and I sent one for $79.50. I love being able to leave reviews.

Excellent customer service and good at what they do. FMCO staff are very attentive and efficient and management is excellent regarding scheduling and concerns. Also was pleased to see that they had Water Damage and Construction/Contracting services in addition to Plumbing. I was able to combine services and reduce cost without the headache of dealing with several different companies. Pleasure to do business with.
Mike and his crew came out with a blocked lateral in the street. I had another plummer tell me that I needed to spend $10,000 to put a new sewer pipe in the street. Mike came out with his great crew and a camera and used his high pressure water cutter which cut away the plugged sewer line at the 8" sewer connection to my lateral saving me thousands and thousands of dollars. VERY FAST AND CLEAN. THEY CAME TO FIX A LEAKY PIPE AND CLEAR A CLOG IN THE KITCHEN SINK DRAIN. GREAT PRICE. CARLTON WAS WONDERFUL.
