We had nothing but trouble dealing with management and maintenance. We have been gone since January and still they can't figure out how to get our deposit check back to us. We were guaranteed by Tammy when we did our final walk through to get a full refund on our deposit check within 30 days, what a joke!! Now they are under new manager and nobody can figure out how the hell to get me my check or get in touch with whoever at corporate handles it. This place is such a joke! Tammy is really nice and her customer service is good. She responds as soon as possible. I mis judged at first because I wasn't getting an answer but she went to care for her family. I would like to apologize for that.
Tammy has been very helpful with getting us into our new home. She has been quick to answer all of our questions and concerns. We love that she does not beat around the bush or mislead us just to get our business. She has worked with our schedules and made sure our move in process went smooth. Every experience we have had going into the office has been very pleasant. The gal at the front desk is always so kind and has a smile to greet us. Thank you Tammy and office staff!
Tammy often gets a bad rap!!! She is strong willed and a great lady!!! Nobody realizes how hard she works to make things better for our little communities!!!!!! My opinion Tammy is a great lady to work with and is very helpful!!!!! Highly recommend FM Parkway and the other two properties she manages!!!
