I wanted to get a cheaper insurance policy and called this company. It was cheaper but i wasn't informed that it also meant an inspection of my house and a laundry list of improvements we must do to satisfy this new company (modern insurance) so I cancelled and went back to my old company because you do get what you paid for. I just think I should have been informed of the requirements before selling me this policy. Also, the refund check was taking forever (even though they held back a significant amount for my one day).
