Good service and friendly behavior
GUYS AT THE DOCK UNLOADED ME RIGHT AWAY AND DID NOT HATE AT ALL
Stopped in as I'm just getting my feet wet looking for a forklift. Don was very helpful in listening to my needs and trying to find a solution for me without pressuring me to get into anything that day. Highly recommend FM Forklift and I look forward to working with them from now on.
Believe the guys name was don, total jerk. Needs customer service training. Service guys were more help then the actual “salesman”
