They got in over their head with a 90's Toyota. I was surprised. I had to show them how to do it. They also couldn't change an O2 sensor. I told him he needed to apply heat so he came back with...a regular open flame instead of a torch. It was very strange. They need to stick to simple work like spark plugs and oil changes.
